Multiphoton polymerization is a direct laser writing technique for creating complex 3D structures with resolution beyond the diffraction limit of light. Structures with advanced properties and functions have been created by combining two or more hybrid materials with different functionalities in the same device. The surface functionalization of 3D structures also opens up new possibilities for their use in various nanobiotechnological fields.
Laser Nanofactory workstation combines additive and subtractive manufacturing processing – for this reason complex micro-devices of several different materials can be fabricated. Laser Micro fabrication System is equipped with femtosecond laser of high beam quality (M2~1.2-1.3) and user-required wavelength (usually 1030 nm, 515 nm, 780 nm or can be dual-wavelength). Also, the average power of the integrated femtosecond laser is selected based on desired customer application (from 250 mW to 20 W). The ultra-precise positioning stages (resolution 1 nm @XY, 2 nm @Z; repeatability 75 nm @XY, 100 nm @Z; accuracy ±300 nm @XY, ±275 nm @Z) are synchronized with galvano-scanners, resulting in stitching-error-free manufacturing over the entire working field (160x160x60 mm) without sacrificing the speed or the quality. Whole parts of the system are integrated in one ergonomic housing, ensuring better safety and environmental stability conditions.

- 3DPoli is a flexible and easily controllable software, dedicated for science and research. The main purpose of 3DPoli is to control the equipment used for three-dimensional direct writing setups, such as two photon polymerization, 3D glass inscription and others.The software is divided into the two applications: 3DPoli Compiler and 3DPoli Fabrication. The Compiler is used for defining the structures (motion profiles). It does not require the system connected and can be easily copied to other computers (e.g. home computer) for convenience. The Fabrication part works only on a licensed computer with all the devices connected. It receives the compiled data from the compiler and performs the structure fabrication.
