The radiometer measures UV-A, UV-B, and UV-C radiation with high sensitivity and stability, using a rugged Silicon Carbide (SiC) or Gallium Phosphide (GaP) detector depending on configuration. Designed for industrial reliability, the Knife UV Radiometer features rapid response, excellent temperature resistance, and traceable calibration to NIST/PTB standards. The integrated digital or analogue output enables seamless data recording and process control. Combining precision, durability, and compact geometry, this device ensures accurate, repeatable UV measurement even under dynamic manufacturing conditions where traditional sensors cannot fit.

The Knife UV Radiometer is engineered to measure UV irradiance directly inside curing lines, sterilisation tunnels, and closed chambers. Its flat, blade-like geometry enables insertion between process components where space is limited, providing accurate UV readings in real operating environments. The radiometer’s spectral sensitivity can be tailored to UV-A (315–400 nm), UV-B (280–315 nm), or UV-C (200–280 nm) depending on application needs.
